Job opportunity - Knowledge Exchange Specialist (Public Health Ontario)

The primary project for this position will be a project to adapt, implement, and evaluate a community-based overdose prevention model with pilot sites in Ontario. By providing central supports for local action, the Knowledge Exchange Specialist will build and strengthen capacity at the community level by increasing capacity, opportunity, and motivation to implement coordinated, evidence-informed, comprehensive approaches. Acting as an expert resource to the central project team and pilot sites, the Knowledge Exchange Specialist will ensure the project’s tools and approaches are designed to meet the needs and priorities of local communities to reduce opioid-related harms.
