Job Opportunity - Research Manager, BC Office of the Human Rights Commissioner, Vancouver or Victoria, BC

The successful candidate will be joining a small but growing team (now 8 but will be 30ish people) of passionate and brilliant folks who aim to address the root causes of inequality, discrimination and injustice in BC. We are hoping for someone who brings a rights-based approach and an intersectional lens with a focus on decolonization and critical analyses. In terms of education and experience, we are looking for a degree (or equivalent community research experience) and 5 years’ work experience leading teams, coordinating research projects and working in collaboration. We are also prioritizing grounded expertise (aka lived/living experience) with human rights work, which could be through your own identity and/or personal experiences related to human rights.
