Covaris M220
The Covaris M220 focused ultrasonicator is taken care of by the MBB Manager, Laboratory Operations. If there are any concerns, please contact the Manager (details below).
The Covaris M220 focused ultrasonicator is one of the NGS MiSeq suite of instruments, providing non-contact, mechanical processing for samples of 15-130ul in volume, including nucleic acid shearing, formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue extraction, cfDNA extraction, cell lysis, and tissue lysis and extraction.
No booking required. Users must provide their own tubes.
