Using LiveWhale

SFU uses the LiveWhale platform to manage listings on the SFU Events Calendar. Use it to create listings for your events and share the details and links to them on the main SFU Events Calendar, your website and social media.

Share / Save / Edit Events

Your event will automatically appear on the main calendar. You can also suggest your event to other departments or groups for use in their calendars. 

1. Click on “Show all groups”

2. In the pop-up window, select groups to share your event with and click “Use selected groups”

3. Leave privacy options as the default “Everyone” and click “Save and Go To Event”

4. Your event is now live! To edit your event from there, click “Staff Login” at the bottom of the page

5. After you log in, select “Edit this event”
