Learn about the process to get a new website or upgrade your existing site, as well as what you need to consider when planning your website project.
CLF3 to CLF4 Upgrade
If you currently have a CLF3 (horizontal navigation with ‘Engaging the World’ logo) website, you can just request that your website be transitioned into the new CLF4 template.
PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A CLF3 to CLF4 UPGRADE
- Submit the AEM Website Request form indicating “I need to update my CLF3 (horizontal template) website to the new CLF4 template”.
- The ticket is received and any outstanding questions clarified.
- If there are no issues, the CLF3 site content is converted into CLF4.
- The Website owner needs to review the entire site to ensure content is appearing properly. Be sure to check the design guide if any changes need to be made.
- Once the site is ready to go-live, a Launch Request can be submitted. Please allow at least 10 working days before your desired launch date to allow time for review and feedback.
