Kinetic Typography

Course: IAT 100 Digital Image Design
Description: This project involves creating a 30-90 second motion graphic composition using kinetic typography to express emotion based on a dialogue clip. The animation must be entirely original, with no templates or internet-sourced images, and should prioritize quality over length. Using After Effects, the recommended settings are HDTV 1080 24 preset (1920×1080, 24 fps), exported in H.264 format for YouTube or Vimeo. The project focuses on integrating visual literacy and animation skills to convey meaning through motion.
