Using LiveWhale Calendar

REMEMBER: LiveWhale Calendaring is for publishing your event to SFU's main calendar (and your own departmental listing), or for creating events that do not require registration. If your event requires registration, start with EventBrite.

Staff Login

Go to: https://www.sfu.ca/sfu-community/events.html and login using the SFU computing ID associated with your calendar account and the corresponding password on the CAS page. If you don't know your Computing ID, contact University Communications & Marketing.

NOTE: We recommend that you bookmark the LiveWhale site so you can access it easily in future.

Coming from an EventBrite listing?

Login to LiveWhale Calendar and open your event.
