I, the creator, grant to SFU the right to use, reuse, publish and republish the uploaded photograph and/or video and/or sound recording created by me and in which I hold the copyright ("the Material"), subject to the limitations and considerations specified below. This license is non-exclusive and royalty-free. SFU may edit the Material, and may use it in any format, medium or location. SFU may identify me by name in any use of the Material.
I hereby release and discharge SFU, including its employees and agents, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the agreed-upon use of the Material.
I represent and warrant that nothing in the works presented by me infringes copyright according to the Copyright Act of Canada.
Nothing in this agreement can be construed as a transfer to SFU of the copyright in my performance and in the works presented in the Material.
I understand that the Material is collected under the general authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468).
