If the university has imposed a penalty on you for academic dishonesty or misconduct, you may appeal to the Senate Committee on Disciplinary Appeals (SCODA).

If you are considering an appeal, we recommend that you consult with the Ombudsperson . The Office of the Ombudsperson is an independent, impartial and confidential resource for students and other members of the University community. The Ombudsperson provides information and guidance on students’ rights and responsibilities, as well as university regulations, policies and procedures.
UBSD (University Board on Student Discipline)
If the university has imposed a penalty on you for academic dishonesty or misconduct and you wish to dispute the facts, you may appeal to the University Board on Student Discipline (UBSD). An impartial forum is provided in which there will be a complete examination of allegations of academic dishonesty and misconduct on the part of the student.
