U-Pass BC

The U-Pass BC Program is a partnership between BC post-secondary institutions, their student societies, TransLink, and the Province of British Columbia. SFU's U-Pass BC Program is a mandatory program for all members of the Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) and all members of the Graduate Student Society (GSS).

U-Pass BC Website Login Issue

Due to a technical issue, some students may received a "Card already linked to another student" message when linking the Compass Card to their U-Pass BC account.

If you are a transfer student or attended another institution that participated in the U-Pass BC Program, you will need to log into the U-Pass BC website with your previous institution's credentials to unlink the Compass Card from this U-Pass BC account before being able to link your card to your SFU U-Pass BC account.

If you recently purchased your Compass Card from TransLink, then we suggest that you try to link your Compass Card tomorrow.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as SFU and TransLink IT teams work closely together to resolve this issue.
