International Students

All International Students will need a Credential Completion Letter (CCL) in order to apply for Post-Graduation Work Permit.

For the school to issue a CCL, the following two conditions need to be met:

  1. You must have applied and paid for your graduation
  2. Your final grades must all be in and you meet the all requirements for graduation

As soon as you have your final grades, please check your graduation application status on goSFU. If your status is ‘Approved’, you can run the Credential Completion Letter by yourself on goSFU.

If your Status is ‘In Review’, and you have successfully completed your final courses, please contact us at to request for an earlier issuance of the CCL for you. Please do not contact us for the CCL if you still have grades pending.

If you have successfully completed all requirements for graduation, we will issue you your CCL within 2-3 business days.
