U-Pass BC
The U-Pass BC Program is a partnership between BC post-secondary institutions, their student societies, TransLink, and the Province of British Columbia. SFU's U-Pass BC Program is a mandatory program for all members of the Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) and all members of the Graduate Student Society (GSS).
Fall 2026 U-Pass BC schedule update: Due to a system upgrade, some key U-Pass BC dates will occur later than usual.
Fees will begin appearing on student accounts starting August 10;
September U-Pass BC can be requested beginning August 16, and
U-Pass BC Exemption applications will be accepted from August 10 to September 15.
