Course repeat form for students who have submitted fewer than five course repeat requests.

Course appeal form
If you feel that a non-SIAT or non-SFU course you have taken thoroughly covers the course objectives of a SIAT required course, you can submit an appeal to have the course waived.
Directed studies application form
The application form required to apply for a SIAT directed study. Please keep in mind that directed studies require the participation of a faculty member.
IAT 499 Graduation Project
(Accepting applications for Spring 2025)
The application form required to apply for IAT 499 should be completed by both the student and a faculty mentor. Completed applications should be emailed to: siat_advising@sfu.ca.
Honours application form
The application form required to apply for SIAT honours. Please keep in mind that honours studies require the participation of a faculty member.
Concentration application form
Concentrations are a group of related courses that approved IAT Majors and Joint Majors can pursue within their degree. Further information on concentrations is available in the Degrees section.
Application deadlines for applying to concentrations are February 1st, June 1st and October 1st each year.
