Gonzalo Durán

 

Gonzalo Durán is a professor of economics at the University of Chile (Social Work department). He obtained his PhD in social economics which was funded by the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) from the University of Duisburg-Essen. Additionally, he is co-founder and researcher at Fundación SOL (www.fundacionsol.cl), a labour think-tank based in Santiago, Chile. A major focus of his research is collective bargaining, trade unions, and income and power inequality.
