High School Visits
Hello, high school counsellors and teachers. Connect your class with FASS, SFU’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences with these informative and interactive options.
Accolades for FASS's high school visits
We've received a lot of positive feedback from participants of our programs. Here are some of our favourites:
“SFU easily has one of the best community engagement and outreach initiatives to post-secondaries in B.C. We sincerely appreciate the thought your staff have put into helping our students to understand what it is like to be an SFU student.”
“We love working with the team and deeply appreciate the incredible advice and experiences they provide for our students every year.”
“It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely bring my students again.”
Connect your class with FASS
We have a roster of highly successful FASS graduate students who are keen to share their research and career journeys with your students. Each guest speaker will bring a unique perspective to their presentation and will add value to the learning experience by sharing their knowledge and expertise in a humanities and social sciences subject. We also have some FASS program-specific information sessions available.
Bring SFU and FASS to your classroom virtually! Choose from department-specific or general presentation options from departmental advisors.
For other events your students may be interested in, visit our FASS events page.
