The Faculty of Education has physical locations and delivers programs from Burnaby, Surrey and Vancouver campuses. Each campus has different space booking procedures detailed below.
Due to program delivery needs, the majority of spaces in the Education Building are priority-booked and held for Faculty of Education use. External requests are accepted pending availability.

BURNABY
For room and equipment bookings at the Burnaby campus, please follow the two-step process below.

When submitting your request in an email to bookings@sfu.ca, please ensure you include:
- Date
- Room number or equipment description
- Event name
- Start and end times
- Your contact information

SURREY
For room bookings at the Surrey campus, please follow the two-step process below.
Step 1: Email educsry@sfu.ca
Please email educsry@sfu.ca at least 2 business days in advance to request a reservation. Please note, offices may not always be available.
Step 2: Access
The only door unlocked during business hours is the main entrance. All entrance doors and the copy room require a keycard for after hours entry. If you accidentally are locked out, please connect with SFU Security at the mezzanine level to provide access.
