IMPORTANT NOTICE - COVID-19

To protect the health and safety of the community, our undergraduate advisors are currently working remotely and connecting with students via email, phone or virtual appointments. Please check back for updates.

Please read the following information before contacting an advisor for an appointment.

  • Please attach a copy of your current advising transcript to all e-mails.
  • Students can declare a minor in the Faculty of Education by email if they have the lower division courses complete or in progress (after week 3): educuga@sfu.ca.
  • For any enrolment questions or issues, please contact: educuga@sfu.ca
  • Undergraduate advisors do not advise on admission to the Professional Development Program (PDP). For more information on the PDP, click here

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of each student to be aware of faculty regulations as stated in the Calendar. Departmental and faculty advisors and staff are available to give advice and guidance. However, the ultimate responsibility for completeness and correctness of course selection, for compliance with and completion of program and degree requirements and for observance of regulations and deadlines rests with the student.
