SSHRC'S CGS & Doctoral Awards
The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) runs the Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarships Program Doctoral Scholarships (CGSD) and SSHRC Doctoral Fellowships award under their Talent Program.

Competition Timeline (2022)

Student deadline to submit the full application on SSHRC’s Online Portal. If the deadline falls on a weekend or on a federal statutory holiday, applications must be submitted before 4:30 p.m. (PST) the following business day. |
November 8-9 |
University Scholarship Selection Committee (USSC) deadline to make final decisions |
November 10-16 | Students who have been selected to go forward can update their applications |
November 21 | FINAL SFU submission deadline |
