Synergy HTX Plate Reader
The Biotek Synergy HTX plate reader is taken care of by the MBB Manager, Laboratory Operations. The Synergy has an associated computer so in order to use the plate reader, please contact the Manager (details below) to gain access via SFU ID and password.
User guides for the Biotek Synergy HTX plate reader:
The Biotek Synergy HTX plate reader can read 6- to 384-well plates and is monochromator based for UV/vis absorbance (200 - 999 nm, in 1 nm increments) and filter based for fluorescence and luminescence reads (300 - 700 nm). Incubation can be programmed -- 4C above ambient up to 50C --as can linear and orbital shaking of the plate being read
