Minimum Equivalent Qualifications
For admission to a Graduate Certificate or Diploma the requirement is a degree equivalent to a Simon Fraser University 4-year bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall grade equivalent to a B-.
Minimum Equivalent Qualifications
For admission to a master’s program, the qualifications listed are normally recognized as equivalent to a Simon Fraser University 4-year bachelor’s degree with minimum overall grade requirements.

- Most universities use a 5.0 GPA grading scale,descriptors may vary. King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and UMM Al-Qura University use a 4.0 scale.
- Bachelor degrees in Military Sciences and Naval Science are only three years in length and not sufficient for admission to graduate study; further postgraduate study is required.
