access award records and payments

Records for awards paid through Graduate Studies can be found in 3 places: GA3, goSFU and eTRACS:

  • GA3 has past and future award records (awards that are applied for, offered, accepted, paid)
  • goSFU and eTRACS display paid records only.
  • Award records are transferred from GA3 to goSFU on a regular basis (right before a scheduled payment date).
  • For the payment schedule visit the Award Payments + Policies (public facing page)
