add annotation/sticky note
When inside an admission application in Slate's Reader:
- Associated materials will appear on the left navigation.
- Greyed-out components were not submitted (or requested).
- Annotations can be used to select text, highlight and erase and post sticky notes.
Note: annotations do not work on the Summary page (1st page) only those after it.

How to add annotations (text, sticky note etc)
The application needs to be in a user's queue to access Annotations. The Annotation menu bar is found on the bottom left of the application menu.
