Inside an award application, a checklist item is further information that may be required. Please note:

  • Checklist items can be file uploads or text fields.
  • Hidden items cannot be seen by applicants.
  • Be sure to follow the upload and save prompts.

How to complete a checklist item (award application)

  1. Click on more or less to open/close the instructions for each item.
  2. For a text box, enter text into the space given and click save. To attach a Checklist item, click Upload. You can either:
    1. Select existing document – this allows you to upload from documents found in the student’s library
    2. Browse to Choose File: allows you to browse your files to upload a document. 
  3. For all checklist items, we recommend using:
    1. Complete – this will save your work.
  4. Click Save and Finish to complete the application.
Notes: 
  • A red x denotes an item is required but not yet completed.
  • A green check denotes item is not required (may or may not be completed).
  • The word ‘Hidden’ appears next to items that students cannot see/access.
