find/complete first pass form
Every user in Slate has a Queue, which is a personal “to do” list:
- Adding a reviewer/reader to an application places that application in that person's Queue.
- Ensure applications are in the intended bin as different bins have different forms associated with them.
This page outlines how to find and complete the First Pass Form in goGRAD/Slate.
Access to goGRAD/Slate
- To access the administrative section of Slate (use your SFU log in): https://gograd.sfu.ca/manage/
- If sharing a direct link to Slate's Reader use: https://gograd.sfu.ca/manage/reader/
- To access Slate's Reader directly from the administrative side, click the laptop icon:
To find/complete the First Pass Form within Slate's Reader:
The First Pass form only appears if the application is in the First Pass Bin + in your Queue
- In the First Pass Bin, click on specific applications and click Add to Queue (MAC: use command + click to select more than 1).
- Click on Queue (Slate's left side) to select and open an application.
- Click the Review Form/Send to Bin (bottom right) to open the first pass form
- Not finished? Let the form autosave (bottom right countdown).
- Finished? Hit send to attach your form the application; select the next bin from the dropdown to the move the application to the desired bin.
