Student Center (goSFU) Guide
The Student Center within go.sfu.ca allows you to manage and view information about your student record.
You have 24/7 access to goSFU as an SFU and FIC student, alumnus, staff, or faculty. See how you can access goSFU.
New undergraduate applicant?
If you have applied to an undergraduate program, you can check your application status in goSFU.
Your grades will be available at the end of each term. Remember to check your grades to ensure you are on the path to success. Review the grading systems and policies.
Within your Student Center:
- Go to Main Menu > Self Service > View My Grades.
- Select a term.
- Click Continue.
An official transcript is a complete record of your academic history at SFU and can be ordered online. You can also download an advising transcript before you meet with your advisor.
You can choose to give somebody access to your student and personal information or designate them to pick up a document on your behalf.
Make sure your personal information is accurate and up-to-date so that it is reflected correctly on your student records. If you're an employee and a student at SFU, ensure your personal information is updated in both goSFU and myINFO.
Within your Student Center:
- Go to Main Menu > Self Service > Campus Personal Information.
- Select from the following options: addresses, names, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, and SIN/SSN entry.

- Login issues?
Ensure you are logging into goSFU correctly.
- Page formatting appears odd?
Try clearing the cache on your browser.
- Can't view or find the documents you have requested?
Ensure pop-up blockers are disabled on your browser.
