Undergraduate Housing
All of our Towers and Courtyard residences have required meal plans and private single rooms. These traditional residences offer community spaces to gather and connect. Our more newly completed East/West Towers offer an exciting, lively and active amenity spaces for everyone. We are about to open our new Courtyard Residence.
Towers - Burnaby
Our Towers and Courtyard Residences are first year student focused. While living in the towers, you are required to take part in the meal plan provided by the Dining Commons.
2nd-4th Year Undergraduate - Burnaby
Boasting shared kitchens, our Shell House and McTaggart-Cowan Hall are a great choice for those in their 2nd year university or later.
Made some great friendships in your first years? Townhouses are a great option, housing 4 residents per unit, shared kitchen bathrooms and common living area.
Graduate & Family Housing - Burnaby
Located on SFU’s Burnaby campus in UniverCity, SFU’s Graduate and Family Housing is an energy-efficient residence building that contains 90-units of offering unfurnished studio style, one (1), and two (2) bedroom apartments for rent. Graduate and Family housing is reserved for single graduate students and students with a spouse/common-law partner and/or children under 19 years old. The Graduate and Family Housing building is just steps away from shops, an elementary school, daycare and more.
Graduate Housing - Burnaby, Vancouver
SFU offers graduate student housing on both our Burnaby and Vancouver campuses. The Charles Chang Innovation Centre is located right in the heart of downtown Vancouver at the SFU Vancouver campus providing furnished studio style and 2-bedroom apartments. Our Hamilton Hall residence is located on the westside of Burnaby campus, offering graduates with furnished studio style, private single room suites.
