Fall 2027: New Room Options
Beginning in Fall 2027, SFU Residence and Housing will introduce double rooms as an additional room option in North Towers, giving students more choice while maintaining a range of existing housing options.

As an undergrad living in residences at SFU for the first time, you’ll have lots of opportunities to make life-long friendships and find your community. Beginning in Fall 2027, North Towers, offers shared rooms (double occupancy) and private rooms (no roommate). The choice is yours. We offer primarily gender inclusive floors (all double rooms are single gender) with some single-gender floor options. Accessible rooms are also available on each floor. Common areas (i.e., washroom, lounges, laundry) are shared spaces for all residents living in towers.
