North Towers

Create lasting friendships, explore new passions and be part of a strong-community that focuses on your needs. Our north tower residents all have mandatory Meal Memberships to ensure that you always have a meal. North Towers is a traditional-style, private single room residence for undergraduate students that is comprised of three buildings - Shadbolt, Barbara Rae and Pauline Jewett. Explore what the north towers community has to offer.

Take Your First Step

As an undergrad living in residences at SFU for the first time, you might even become best friends with someone taking the same class as you. Each room is single-occupancy only (i.e., no roommates, private) which means that you won't have to share your room with anybody. We offer gender inclusive, single-gender and quiet living floorsAccessible rooms are also available on each floor. Common areas (i.e., washroom, lounges, laundry) are shared spaces for all residents living in towers.
