Your SFU Residence and Housing Contract is the agreement you sign when accepting your room in residence. The contract contains important information about the responsibilities and rights of those living in the residence community. The SFU Residence and Housing handbook provides you with policies and information related to living in residence.
The 2018-19 Residence Contract applies to students (undergraduate and graduate) accepting a housing offer for the fall 2018, spring 2019 and summer 2019 academic terms.
