Contracts and Handbooks
Your SFU Residence and Housing Contract is the agreement you sign when accepting your room in residence. The contract contains important information about the responsibilities and rights of those living in the residence community. The SFU Residence and Housing handbook provides you with policies and information related to living in residence.
Residence Contract
The 2024-25 Residence Contract applies to students (undergraduate and graduate) accepting a housing offer for the Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 academic terms.
