Summer 2025 term important dates

| April 1, 2026 | Summer Residence Fees Due |
| May 7, 2026 | Summer Move In |
| May 7 - 8, 2026 | Residence Welcome Days |
| August from last day of class during exam period | 23-Hours Quiet Hours (exam period) |
| August 24, 2026 | Summer 2025 Move Out (no later than noon) |
| August 24 - Sep 1, 2026 | Room Switch for residents moving to Fall housing (by appointments only) |
Summer 2025 term application fees

| Non-refundable confirmation payment* | $700 Due with housing offer deadline |
*This confirmation payment will be applied to your residence fees for the first term of your contract and is required for each new contract.
