Research Interests 

My research focus includes analysis of the nexus between educational policy, practices, and commitments to inclusivity, equity, and justice. Three lines of inquiry guide my research program: (1) support and development of social justice oriented educational leaders; (2) design of context driven, intersectional, and equitable educational policies and practices; and (3) decolonization of learning and teaching. I engage in the interdisciplinary, participatory, systems change projects that aim to transform schools into inclusive and equitable communities.
