Avocado Toast Sandwich

This is going to be your go to recipe this summer. It is the best lunch that will make you feel healthy and its super tasty. We're confident that this easy and vegan lunch wrap will become one of your favourites as well.

Ingredients

  • Toast (We used whole wheat for this recipe. but you can use any toast you like)
  • Avocado (make sure they are ripe and ready to be eaten)
  • Tomato
  • Arugula (you can substitute this for lettuce or your favorite leafey green)
  • Lemon juice
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper and everything bagel)

steps  

  1. Cut your avocado in half, remove the seed, mash the avocado
  2. Add seasoning and lemon juice and mix in with mashed avocado
  3. Slice up your tomotos
  4. Toast your bread and spread your avocado on both slices of toast
  5. Add sliced tomatoes and arugula
  6. Season with everything bagel seasoning
  7. Cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
