Welcome to Your New Community
Living at SFU Residence is more than having a place to sleep, it is also about building lifelong friendships. See how living in residence has helped these six students connect, grow and learn together in ways that none of them could have imagined on the day that they moved-in.
Find out how to get to the SFU Burnaby and Vancouver Campus via public transportation or driving routes.

What if I Miss the Check-In Deadline?
If you don't move-in by the end of the first day of the SFU term, we will assume you are not arriving and your room will be offered to the next person on the wait list. Your room will be cancelled and you will lose your $700 non-refundable confirmation fee. Arrivals after the deadline can be approved with prepayment of your Residence fees. Please email email@example.com to arrange your late arrival.
If this is the first time you’ll be living at SFU Residence you will be automatically signed up for Residence Orientation. Returning residents and Grad residents are more than welcome to sign up for activities and connect with new members of the community.

During Move-In, each room will be equipped with a wireless router and modem so you don't have to bring any equipment with you. To access your wifi simply look at the back of your router or modem for the wifi username and password code. During the upcoming Fall term, we will be upgrading every room and building with an upgraded wifi system. See here for more details.
