Book a meeting

My job is to help students feel at home at SFU! I create and support events and programs such as Welcome Day and peer mentorship. I also help students get involved in extra-curricular activities, train and supervise student volunteers, and support our student unions and clubs.

Before joining SFU, I taught in classrooms and museums and completed a Master of Education at the University of Pennsylvania where I focused on learning as a relational process that can advance, or undermine, settler colonialism.

I'm a firm believer that your time at SFU should be academically and socially fulfilling!

Claire Wilson

Student Recruiter

Applying to university can be a daunting experience and I’m here to help students navigate the system and answer even the smallest of queries.

You may have already met me at one of the many high-school recruitment events that I speak at. If so, drop me a line and let me know how your studies are going!

I am also an SFU alumna - I completed both my BA and MA in Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies here. My MA focused on access to post-secondary education.

Aiden Wickey

Student Success Coordinator

I'm here to help students achieve academic success and find their place in the Faculty of Science. This includes supporting students' academic goals and plans to helping students navigate the tension between academic achievement and everyday life.
