Residence & Housing Hours Reduced starting December 24

Find everything you need for your Winter Break including front desk and mail service hours, what's open during the break, key contact information, what to do and more. Check back regularly for updates and changes. Residence and Housing will be closed from Wednesday, December 24 and re-opening on Friday, December 27.

Residence and Housing Hours & Mail Services

 

MAIL
SERVICES

 

Mail service delivered to the Residence and Housing Front Desk counter will be disrupted due to the Canada Post strike as well as our Winter Closure dates. Mail will not be processed or have the ability for you to pick up during the closure periods.

Send your package to our Amazon Hub locker: Select KAYLUM or GUSTAVA Amazon Hub Lockers in residences

  • December 24 at 3 PM to December 26: NO Mail Services: There will be no mail processed or issued as the Front Desk will not be open.
  • December 27 to January 2 - Mail Services: Mail will continue to be processed and issued when we receive them from couriers with the exception for Canada Post mail.
