Winter Break
Residence & Housing Hours Reduced starting December 24
Find everything you need for your Winter Break including front desk and mail service hours, what's open during the break, key contact information, what to do and more. Check back regularly for updates and changes. Residence and Housing will be closed from Wednesday, December 24 and re-opening on Friday, December 27. Be sure to check back often for updates.

Send your package to our Amazon Hub locker: Select KAYLUM or GUSTAVA Amazon Hub Lockers in residences
- December 24 at 12:00 PM to December 26: NO Mail Services: There will be no mail processed or issued as the Front Desk will not be open.
- December 27 to January 2 - Mail Services: Mail will continue to be processed and issued when we receive them from couriers.
Residence Front Desk Hours
Front Desk: December 24 - January 2
The Residence Front Desk and Main Office will be open on a limited basis throughout the Winter Break. Note that hours are subject to change.
- December 24: closes at 12:00PM
- December 25 and 26: Closed
- December 27 to 31: 10:00AM-5:00PM
- January 1: 9:00AM-9:00PM
- January 2: 6:00AM-11:30PM

Shuttle Service
The Burnaby Campus Community Shuttle will not be operating during the winter break. The final day of service will be Wednesday, December 17th, 2025. Service will resume on Friday, January 2nd, 2026.
