Join Cheryl in her adventurous escape to Brighton, England—all through song!

Featuring fellow SCA Music Composition students Erica Regehr on piano and back-up vocals and Matt Brown on electronics.

Cheryl Olvera is an SFU SCA student graduating with her BFA in Music Composition in Spring 2019. She holds a Music Diploma in Voice Performance from Red Deer College, AB and has dabbled in performing many genres, from opera to electronica. Cheryl spent most of her degree writing for instrumental ensembles, but she is currently expanding into the world of composing for theatre and film. When she’s not in a practice room bringing her brainstorming sessions to life, Cheryl can be found drinking coffee, sewing and designing clothes, painting murals, making jewelry, baking layer cakes, or in her CrossFit gym, pumping iron.
