SCA Alumnus Beau Han Bridge's recent short film Daughters and Sons, starring the SCA's Rob Kitsos and his daughter, renowned film actress Beatrice Kitsos, has exclusively premiered on Film Shortage's Daily Short Picks. Here's what Bridge has to say about the film: "Daughters and Sons is a small film about the quiet distances between parents and children. Working with Rob and Beatrice Kitsos — a real father and daughter — we created space for real emotion and improvisation to emerge, letting performance and reality blur. Inspired by the raw spirit of no-budget dogma films, the film became a lo-fi study of inheritance, identity, and the ways we carry our families’ stories, even when we can’t quite speak them aloud. Would love to hear what the film stirred for you, or if something in it echoed your own family ties ~ thank you for watching!" Check it out HERE.
