Sample the Luddite Land Assembly Concert
Music on Main shared a quick video on their Instagram to promote the Luddite Land Assembly Concert, running as part of their Modulus Festival, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM, at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre (181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver). F O R M's Commissioned Artists’ World Premiere
We're happy to be hosting F O R M's Commissioned Artists’ World Premiere on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (doors at 6:30 PM), in the Djavad Mowafaghian Theatre here SFU's School for the Contemporary Arts (149 W. Hastings St., Vancouver). Included in the screening is chattering of sparrows by Ronnie Cheng 鄭芷路, Andie Lloyd, and SCA alumnus Amélia Simard, which includes SCA alumni Shion Skye Carter (Movement Director), Alex Mah (Composer), Tamlin Vetter (performing as South), Anjela Magpantay (performing as West), and Tiffany Au (performing as North) as part of the film. SCA alumnus Snack Witch Joni Cheung 張文懿 is presenting H ART Department, "a performance and series of public programming investigating the unethical ways the art world functions at the expense of burnt-out artists and art workers," from October 29 – 31, 2025, running daily from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, with a "Gendai CBA: Collective Bargaining Agency / Workshop" on October 30 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM, and "xoxo: gossiping as + on wayfinding in the arts," a Conference-Brunch on November 1, starting at 11:00 AM, all at articule (6285 Rue Saint-Hubert, Montréal).
