The SCA's Jin-me Yoon is having a 30-year career survey across two exhibitions this summer and fall. The first part, Living Time From Away, which was curated by Anne-Marie St-Jean-Aubre, is at Montreal's Musée d'art de Joliette from June 8 to September 8, 2019. The exhibition will include "photographs, videos and installations highlighting the different strategies Yoon uses to explore nationalism, belonging, immigration, commemoration, identity and its representation, and the construction of history." The second part will be at the Musée d'art contemporain des Laurentides in the fall of 2019, and both parts will go on tour in 2020 and 2021. Congratulations, Jin-me!
