Rosco Laboratories' Linear 4 was created as a gobo; a quiet object that shapes light. In theatre, light passes through a gobo, transforming a simple circle of light into a field of linear beams.

Between Linear 4 begins with the familiar concept of shaping light but asks what might happen is the gobo was no longer still. Here, the lines begin to drift; tilt and shift, one movement becomes another. A line pulls away, another follows. What was once a fixed pattern becomes a field of constant motion. Geometry becomes motion, Motion becomes choreography. Light becomes a moving body.

Between Linear 4 is an exploration of transformation: a theatrical object released from stillness. What begins as a motionless pattern, slowly becomes an unfolding conversation between line, light, space, and movement.
